Most of the discussion around fractional work is focused on senior executives, such as Chief Finance Officers (CFOs) or Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs).
However, we believe that this view is far too narrow, and that fractional work is a good fit for many different roles. For example, startups and small businesses could benefit from the expertise of a fractional Project Manager without needing to hire a full-timer.
One thing we'd note is that fractional work typically requires some degree of specialism, so it probably isn't a good fit for fresh graduates.
